I will have a piece in "Common Bonds" at the UCSB AD&A Museum. The show examines the ways in which artists and architects explore how fellowship and communion are engendered and portrayed. The show features work by Gregory Ain, Roberto Benavidez, Karon Davis, Fritz Eichenberg, Asad Faulwell, Ja'Tovia Gary, Pablo Helguera, James Hill, Peter Hujar, Joseph S. My painting from 2009 "Iran: Pillars" will be included in a group show at LACMA called "In the Fields of Empty Days". The show opens May 6th and runs through September 9th. "Iran: Pillars" was acquired by LACMA last year, this is the first time it will be shown at the museum.

Very happy to have Les Femmes D'Alger #52 in The Oppenheimer Collection at Nerman MOCA. The painting is 72" x 180" and will be included in my forthcoming solo show at Bill Brady Gallery before heading to its permenant home at The Nerman.

I will be having my first museum solo exhibition at The Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art in Overland Park, KS. I was just in a group show at the Nerman celebrating the museum's Oppenheimer Collection and am very excited to be working with the Nerman on this solo show. The show is called "Pins and Needles" and will feature 9 medium to large scale works from 2010-2012.
